By accessing or using jz77 — including its website at jz77.app, any associated mobile applications, and all products and services made available through those platforms — you ("the User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the jz77 Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published by jz77 from time to time ("Platform Rules"). These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and jz77 governing your use of the platform.

If you are accessing jz77 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms. jz77 does not authorise shared or delegated account use; the foregoing applies only in the narrow context of a legally recognised representative of an adult user.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may not fund your jz77 account using payment instruments belonging to a third party. jz77 will return funds received from third-party sources and may suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

5.1 General Rules. All betting and casino activity on jz77 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, market, or game as published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game or market rule, the specific rule shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. jz77 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, bets that jz77 has reasonable grounds to believe have been placed in a pattern indicative of advantage play, match-fixing, or abuse of the platform.

5.3 Cricket and PSL Betting. Pakistan Super League and international cricket betting markets are subject to the official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result reversal, jz77 will settle markets in accordance with its published cricket betting rules.

5.4 Casino Games. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical processes conducted by live dealers in supervised studios. jz77 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run mathematical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

5.5 Erroneous Payouts. If jz77 credits your account with winnings as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or human mistake, those funds do not belong to you and jz77 reserves the right to recover them. You must notify jz77 of any credits you believe have been made in error.

6.1 Eligibility. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Breach of any prohibition in this clause entitles jz77 to immediately terminate your account, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where jz77 is legally required or otherwise considers it appropriate to do so.

8.1 Platform Commitment. jz77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform provides tools that allow users to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the jz77 account dashboard under Responsible Gaming Settings.

8.2 Deposit and Session Limits. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jz77 account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

10.2 jz77's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made to the user's jz77 account in the twelve calendar months preceding the claim.

10.3 jz77 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. jz77 will take commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security but accepts no liability for service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jz77's liability for death or personal injury caused by jz77's negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 Termination by jz77. jz77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice where jz77 determines that: (a) the user has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the user has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct; (c) continuing to provide services to the user presents a compliance, reputational, or legal risk to jz77; or (d) jz77 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

11.2 Termination by User. You may close your jz77 account at any time by contacting support via the 24/7 live chat function. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available PKR balance to your registered payment method. jz77 will process pending withdrawals after account closure in the normal course.

11.3 Effect of Termination. On termination of your account, your right to access jz77 services immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users are reminded that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local law.

12.2 Dispute Resolution.
